If an item is sent to me that I feel I cannot repair please remember as stated on the front page, I cannot repair mechanical, porcelin/china, wooden or metal toys, I will return the item back to you immediatly, untouched and in the condition it was sent via recorded delivery.

Please note: Some soft bodied toys can be repairable, but would require further discussion and as many photos as possible. Any items where the mohair needs repairing or replacing would incur extra costs due to mohair extremely difficult to obtain and very very expensive.
